Description of Bimetal Liner
The inner and outer layers are tightly bound together.The outer 45#
steel is wear-resistant and the inner high chromium cast iron is
wear-resistant
and corrosion-resistant. The hardness after heat treatment reaches
62 Rockwell C grade.
Our company's production of bimetal cylinder liner strictly control
the size within the tolerance range, to ensure easy installation,
high inner sleeve
finish, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life,
suitable for all kinds of harsh working environment.
Coat :45# forging, tensile strength σ B >610MPa, yield strength
σ S >450MPa, elongation > 17%, hardness HB180-200.
Inner sleeve: high chromium cast iron (centrifugal casting), anneal
hardness HRC≤40, quenching hardness HRC 60-67.
Chemical composition: C 2.8% - 3.1%, 26% 28% Cr, Si 0.6% 0.9%, Mn
0.5% 1% Mo 0.5%-0.8%, S, P <0.05%;
