Seamless coils are widely used in the manufacture of structural
parts and mechanical parts, such as oil drill pipes, automobile
transmission shafts, bicycle frames and steel scaffolding used in
steel to make ring parts, which can improve material utilization,
simplify manufacturing processes and save materials. and processing

The delivery state of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe is generally
that the hot-rolled state is delivered after heat treatment. After
the quality inspection, the hot-rolled seamless steel pipe must be
strictly hand-selected by the staff. After the quality inspection,
the surface should be oiled, followed by several cold-drawing
experiments. After the hot-rolling treatment, the perforation
experiment should be carried out. If the diameter of the
perforation is too large, it should be straightened and corrected.
After straightening, it is transferred to the flaw detection
machine by the conveyor for flaw detection experiment, and then it
is labelled, the specifications are arranged, and then placed in
the warehouse.
Features Of Stainless Steel Seamless Coil
First, the thicker the wall thickness of the product, the more
economical and practical it is, and the thinner the wall thickness,
the higher the processing cost;
Secondly, the process of the product determines its limited
performance. Generally, seamless steel pipes have low precision:
uneven wall thickness, low brightness on the inside and outside of
the pipe, high cost of fixed-length, and there are pits and black
spots on the inside and outside that are not easy to remove;
Third, its detection and shaping must be processed offline.
Therefore, it reflects its superiority in terms of high pressure,
high strength, and mechanical structural materials.
